GEARING ELEMENTARY BIRTHDAY BOOK CLUB

Our Gearing Birthday Book Club is a special way of celebrating your child’s birthday.  You are invited to donate a new, hardcover book to our media center in your child’s name. 

A bookplate will be placed inside the front cover and a gator sticker will be placed on the outside of the book to identify it as a Birthday Book Club Book.  In addition, your child’s name, birthday, and the donated book will be included on our channel 61 TV announcements.

We encourage you to send the book 1-2 weeks before your child’s birthday.  Simply drop the book off in the school office along with a sheet of paper indicating your child’s name, birth date and grade.

During these budget crunching times, our Birthday Book Club is a great way to increase our inventory of books for the media center.  You can be assured that your donated book will be enjoyed over and over again by Gearing students.
